What packaging will I receive?

When you order from us, we want to make sure you get the best possible experience.

We’re proud to offer you our gorgeous logo-embossed fabric pouch. This is the perfect way to store and transport your jewellery in a space-saving fashion, and it’s eco-friendly.

Our fabric pouch means you can keep your pieces safe and secure in their own little place. To preserve and maintain you're jewellery we recommend storing you're W&B pieces in their original packaging.

If your order is for a few pairs of the same metal, they will be sent in the same pouch, unless requested otherwise.

However, If you order multiple pairs of different metals, they'll be sent in separate pouches to protect them from each other while they're traveling through the postal system.

How are you being sustainable?

We care about the environment as much as you do, W&B packaging is beautifully considered from a design and sustainability perspective. We know how important it is to make sure that what we're doing doesn't harm our planet, and we love that we can send you your favourite pieces in a way that won't have any negative impact on the environment.

This has been a major focus for us for some time now, and we hope it shows our commitment to finding ways to live more sustainably.

Will I receive a Confirmation of my order?

Yes, once you've completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email. If you don't receive this right away, please check your junk mail or spam folders—this is where most of these messages get stuck. Otherwise please use the contact form to get in touch.
